Trust:Live 2023 – Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of the country where the competition is being held.
  2. The competition will begin on the day of the Trust:Live event, 14th March 2023. Social media posts shared from 00:00 GMT on 14th March 2023 until 10:00 GMT on 15th March 2023, are eligible for the competition.
  3. To enter the competition, participants must share a post on their personal LinkedIn profile using the hashtag #TrustLive AND tag our corporate LinkedIn Profile. Corporate LinkedIn profiles that the participant can tag to qualify are any LexisNexis Risk Solutions company profiles.
  4. The post must include an image or video taken during the event and must not contain any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  5. The winner will be selected based on the highest engagement (LinkedIn likes, comments, and shares). The highest engaging post will be calculated by aggregating the total number of likes, comments and shares once the competition has ended.
  6. The winner will be notified via either email or direct message on the social media platform where their winning post was shared. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
  7. The prize will be a £100 Amazon voucher and a £400 donation to a UK registered charity of the winner's choice. Eligible charities are listed on the government website: here. The prize will be awarded to the winner within 30 days of the end of the competition.
  8. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the competition organiser to use their name, image, and winning post for promotional purposes.
  9. By entering this competition, participants are indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  10. The competition organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that is deemed to be inappropriate.
  11. The competition organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The competition organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
  13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn. By entering this competition, participants release LinkedIn from any liability in connection with the competition.
  14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  15. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
